I mean, judging by the content alone there's nothing particularly spammy about it (though "j" as a subject is a bit odd). It doesn't seem to be advertising anything and I can't see how it benefits the poster in any way. On the other hand, it's almost certainly not addressed to me personally because it's completely out of the context of the entry to which it is attached, and someone interested in me personally would surely at least have posted it somewhere on the first page of my journal entries. It's posted from an address allocated to Telia Network Services in Sweden.
